Protagonist
As previously discussed in other posts, we wanted the protagonist to have a youthful yet promiscuous style, which we have created through the use of heavy makeup but casual clothing. As shown below, the character is wearing ripped jeans with a denim jacket and long black raincoat over the top. This can be classed as everyday clothing but also adds to the 'not-so-innocent' look through the rips in the jeans. Additionally, the top i am wearing is a black leotard which laces up at the front to enhance the character's promiscuity. Finally, the heavy eye makeup and messy bun are also shown in the close-ups below which emphasise that the character is a bit reckless. The photos shown below display how well the clothing choices work against the background of a woodland setting which is what we needed for the final opening to look professional and clear.
Antagonist
In order for our antagonist to look like a creepy farmer, we needed him to wear a flat cap with a quilted jacket since this is what farmers stereotypically wear. On top of this, we wanted the antagonist to seem fairly old which is why we got an actor with facial hair to play this role. As well as being representative of a farmer, the flat cap allows for a natural shadow to be created over the character's face adding to the mysterious nature of him.
