From Chloee's post on our initial ideas, you can see that we came up with some different typography ideas, alongside some names which we flt would suit our film opening. I have shown this below also:

Analysis

After changing the plot line to our film opening, we decided that the most siting name would be Disturbance since the protagonist interrupts the antagonist as he is cutting up human meat.

When considering typography, we noted that many thrillers use simple yet effective film names as well as designs. Therefore, we decided to use a clear, bold font with a plain background. Firstly, we considered having blood drip down the screen over the title, but after experimenting, we decided that the most effective way of displaying the title was with a post-production flashback, leaving a white background for the black title to appear onto.

Many thriller films have black and white or darker toned title screens, representative of the genre and film itself. Therefore, we decided to stick with our ideas for or own title.
